Pork with potatoes in the oven

Classic recipe

Each housewife can call a pork recipe with classic potatoes. Someone experience is passed from generation to generation, someone came up with a unique composition. And we offer a "classic" version, adopted in the world of culinary art.

  • Potatoes - 6 tubers;
  • Pork (tenderloin) - 500-600 g;
  • Garlic - 3 cloves;
  • Hard cheese - 300 g;
  • Onions - 5 pcs .;
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tsp.

How to cook:

Process the meat, rinse, cut into slices and repel a little. Wash, peel and chop round potatoes of medium width, and onions - rings. Take a baking dish, lightly grease with butter, lay the meat first, then the potatoes, followed by the onion. Squeeze some garlic and sprinkle with grated cheese. Send the dish to the oven for 30-40 minutes.

Many mistakenly call this recipe "French Meat". But this is the classic version of cooking potatoes with pork in the oven.

Pork ribs with potatoes in the oven

The recipe has a name: "rustic ribs". The dish is nourishing, beautiful at serving and very tasty.

  • Pork ribs - 600 g;
  • Potatoes - 6 tubers;
  • Onions - 4 pcs .;
  • Garlic - 4 cloves;
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tsp;
  • Spices - salt, dry Provencal herbs, a mixture of peppers.

Pork ribs rinse well, cut into portions, roll in your favorite spices. Chop garlic and rub it meat. Onions cut into large rings, mix with ribs and put in the refrigerator for half an hour. Meanwhile, peel the potatoes and cut into slices. Grease the baking dish thoroughly with butter, place the potatoes, lightly sprinkle with salt, place the ribs on top and put the dish in the oven. Bake for about 20 minutes, then remove the baking sheet, top with onions and stew the dish in the oven for another 20-25 minutes.

Roast pork in pots

Cooking in pots is a real pleasure. It is convenient to serve, easy to distribute products, bake quickly, and the dish is very juicy.

  • Pork - 750 g;
  • Onions - 4 pcs .;
  • Potatoes - 6 pcs .;
  • Sour cream - 150 g;
  • Spice;
  • Water - 150 ml.

Cut the pork into small portions. Put the meat on the bottom of the pots. Peel the onions, cut into half rings and send to the meat. With the potatoes, remove the skin, cut into cubes of medium size and put in pots. Enter spices, sour cream and water. Cover with lids and send to the oven for about 30 minutes.

Useful tips

An ideal hostess and novice chef, an experienced chef, a daughter-in-law who wants to please her mother-in-law, and a husband who wants to surprise his wife with a delicious dinner - all the tips will be useful:

  • Serve fresh vegetables, cut into large pieces.
  • Do not pour too much vegetable oil on the pan. The dish will turn out too fat and heavy for digestion.
  • Cover the baking sheet with foil to make the pieces more juicy.
  • If the meat is marinated in the fridge, take it out an hour before baking.
  • Do not pickled pork salt just before the end of cooking, otherwise the salt will take all the juice.
