Cooking delicious chicken pilaf

For the meat component, you can cut the flesh from the whole chicken or chop the carcass into pieces with bones. Diet version of pilaf will work if you take only the fillet.

Ingredients:
  • Pork - 450 g;
  • Rice - 250 g;

  9. Turn on the "pilaf" for 1 hour.

At the end, leave to infuse in the "heating" for 40 minutes.

Dietary pilaf with fruit

For lovers of pilau, dieting, ideal fruit dessert. This dish can also be used in the post.

Ingredients:
  • Fig - 2 multistacks;
  • Raisin - 100 g;
  • Dried apricots - 6 pcs .;
  • Prunes - 5 pcs .;
  • Butter - to lubricate the bottom of the bowl;
  • Spices - to taste;
  • Honey (optional) - 1 tsp;
  • Water - 4-5 multistacks.
Cooking:
  1. Thoroughly wash the rice under running water.
  2. Dried fruits pour cold water, leave to soften.
